Where to Apply

Applying for a Visa

Visa applications, except for Refugee and Humanitarian Entry, should be lodged through the department's Service Delivery Partner (SDP) in the Philipines, Philippines Interactive Audiotext Service Inc (PIASI).

A fee will be charged for this service in addition to the visa application charge for all visa and citizenship applications. For more information about lodgement procedures, fees charged, contact details, office locations and office hours, visit PIASI

Mailing application from outside the Philippines - To minimise the risk of experiencing delays or the non-delivery of your posted items to the Embassy, we recommend that you courier your application directly to PIASI.  Please ensure you include an international money order / bank cheque that covers the PIASI service costs and the visa application charge. Clients should also include a pre paid courier package for documents and items that need to be delivered back to Australia.

Visa Application Charges & Lodgement Fees

The majority of visa and Citizenship applications attract a Visa Application Charge (VAC) which can be paid in any Australian office, or through a Philippines Manager's Check payable to the "Australian Embassy" when lodging your application.

Please note that there are also lodgement fees payable to our Service Delivery Partner - PIASI -  which must be in the form of cash or a separate Manager's Check.
