Appointment system for passport and consular services as of 1 July 2011
In order to provide a more efficient service, as of 1 July 2011 the Passport and Consular Section of the Australian Embassy Manila has implemented an appointment system for notarial acts and lodgement of passport applications.
Notarial acts include consular services such as:
• Certificates of No Impediment
• Certified copies
• Witnessing signatures
• Authentications
• Binding documents
Appointments for notarial acts and lodgement of passport applications can be requested from the Passport and Consular Section by phone (+63 2 757 8100 x309), fax (+63 2 757 8344) or email (manila.consular@dfat.gov.au).
Requests for appointments should be made well in advance of the date you plan to attend the Embassy. We are often fully booked several weeks in advance due to the volume of passport appointments and notarial acts requested.
